The Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) is at the forefront of the administration’s health IT efforts and is a resource to the entire health system to support the adoption of health information technology and the promotion of nationwide health information exchange to improve health care. eHealthDC is made possible through a Regional Extension Center cooperative agreement (No. 90RC0032) with ONC. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services

District of Columbia Department of Health Care Finance

The Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF) is the District of Columbia’s state Medicaid agency and responsible for the Medicaid EHR Incentive Payment Program in DC. The mission of the Department of Health Care Finance is to improve health outcomes by providing access to comprehensive, cost-effective and quality healthcare services for residents of the District of Columbia.
